Withdrawal & Transfer

Parents seeking a Transfer Certificate (T.C.) must submit a written application in the prescribed format available at the school office. The Transfer Certificate will be issued only after verification of records and clearance of all outstanding dues to the school.

Withdrawal of a student from the school should be initiated by the parent or guardian through a formal application. The school reserves the right to process withdrawal requests in accordance with its rules and regulations. Issuing of the Transfer Certificate during an academic term will be considered only after all fees and dues for that term are fully paid.

A minimum notice period of fifteen days (fortnight) is required for processing withdrawal and issuing the Transfer Certificate. Parents are requested to plan accordingly and ensure timely submission of the withdrawal application.
